Turkiye blocks parallel import of sanctioned goods to Russia

U.S. officials said that sanctions goods worth "tens of millions of dollars" are being supplied to Russia, which can be used by the defense industry to expand the war in Ukraine, recommending that Turkiye limit trade relations with Russia.
