February 23, Fineko/abc.az. Currently, work is underway in 32 districts on the creation of 51 agricultural parks on an area of 239,300 hectares with project cost of AZN 2.4 bn, 44 ones of which are already functioning, ABC.AZ reports, quoting Deputy Economy Minister Sahib Alekperov.

The deputy minister noted that more than 5,000 permanent employees work in these agricultural parks.

"Over 5,500 people are employed in seasonal jobs. It is assumed that a total of about 10,000 people will be provided with permanent work,” the deputy minister added.
