February 20, Fineko/abc.az. MIDA LLC under the State Housing Construction Agency of Azerbaijan selects contractors for the construction of 12 more residential buildings on an area of 7.87 hectares in the city of Jabrail (Eastern Zangezur Economic Region of Azerbaijan).

ABC.AZ reports that the selection of contractors is carried out through a two-lot open tender procedure.

The cost of the subject of the tender is estimated at more than $3 million.

Speech is about construction of multi-apartment residential buildings ##11,12,13,14,15 and 16 (lot #3) and the construction of multi-apartment residential buildings ##17,18,19,20,21 and 22 (lot #4).

The cost of participation for each lot is 1,200 manats.

Companies that have commissioned apartments in multi-apartment residential buildings with a total area of at least 15,000 sq m and have financial turnover of at least AZN 30 million for construction and installation works over the past 3 years (2020-2022) on the basis of the State Admissions Committee can participate in the tender.

Tender offers of companies are accepted till 5 pm on 13 April 2023. The opening of the applicants' proposals will take place at 3 pm on 14 April 2023.
