February 17, Fineko/abc.az. A total of 350 permanent employees are working at the Azəripək LLC industrial enterprise.

ABC.AZ reports that according to Azəripək, cocoons were grown in 40 districts of the republic in 2022, about 341 tons of wet cocoons were produced.

Azəripək paid AZN 1.927 million to sericulturists for wet cocoons delivered from the districts. 130 tons of dry cocoons were produced from the supplied wet cocoons at the enterprise.

72 tons of cocoons were sent for processing by the end of December. Last year, the company produced 29 tons of raw silk and 12 tons of silk wool.

The average monthly salary of the shop's employees is 300-350 manats.

Azəripək LLC is part of state-owned Azerbaijan Industrial Corporation.
