Emin Huseynov: Issue of resettlement should be considered after issue of employment is resolved

February 16, Fineko/abc.az.  Employment must be ensured before the population is moved to the liberated territories of Azerbaijan, and this is one of the main goals.

ABC.AZ reports with reference to Emin Huseynov, the Special Representative of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan in the liberated territories of the Karabakh Economic Region (except Shusha district), as saying this at the meeting of the Working Group on Urban Development Issues held in Aghdam.

"Employment is a very serious problem that requires an individual approach. We have to look in detail at each family. After solving the employment issue of the families, the issue of migration should be ensured. This should be taken into account in urban development plans," he noted.
