February 2, Fineko/abc.az. Bakhruz Nagiyev has been appointed as the new chairman of the Supervisory Board of PASHA Kapital Investment Company CJSC.

ABC.AZ reports that he replaced Javid Guliyev in this post.

Prior to that, Nagiyev was a member of the Supervisory Board of the investment company.

In addition, Vulgar Akhundov was elected a new member of the Suprevisory Board.

PASHA Kapital was created in 2012. Its authorized capital is AZN 300,000. 100% of company’s shares belong to PASHA Holding LLC.
