May 19, Fineko/abc.az. Tea sold abroad by Azerbaijan has fallen in price. Thus, for Jan-Apr 2022 Azerbaijan sold 536 tons of tea for $3.4 million abroad.

ABC.AZ was informed at the State Customs Committee that the sales increased by 37.7% (versus Jan-Apr 2021). And sales revenue grew by only 13%.

In the first 4 months of this year the cost of tea purchased by Azerbaijan from abroad increased by 51.2% to $25.6 million, but the amount increased only by 16.4%. Our country imported 5,166 tons of tea from abroad for the reported term.
