May 4, Fineko/abc.az. This April, Samsung's share in the mobile phone market of Azerbaijan increased by 0.17 percentage points compared to March.

ABC.AZ reports that according to calculations based on the report of the Global Stats Statistics Center, as of 1 May 2022, Samsung's market share in the country made up 42.1%, which is 0.7 pp less than the corresponding indicator of last year.

In terms of popularity, Samsung remains the leader in the country's mobile phone market.

In April of this year the share of Xiaomi products in the domestic market increased by 0.08 pp against March.

As of 1 May 2022, this indicator made up 33.5%, which is 0.3 pp more versus the same term of 2021.

Apple products with a market share of 17.3% holds the 3rd position.

The market share of this company in Azerbaijan in April of this year (compared with March) decreased by 0.02 pp.

Compared with the same term of 2021, this indicator grew by 2.1 pp.
