April 19, Fineko/abc.az. Iran has imposed a ban on the export of a number of agricultural products from the country in connection with the crisis in Ukraine.

ABC.AZ reports that one of the largest Iranian agencies Tasnim writes about this.

The export of potatoes, tomatoes, eggplants and onions from Iran is prohibited.

Restrictions on the export of these products will remain in force until the next directive.

The ban is primarily linked with the growth of global demand for a number of goods, the reduction of import tariffs in neighboring countries, the need to regulate prices and demand in the domestic market.
