April 5, Fineko/abc.az. President Ilham Aliyev has annulled the decree "On approval of the Regulation on the Tariff Council" dated December 26, 2005.

ABC.AZ reports that the head of state signed a new decree.

Under the decree, the status of the Council as an executive authority has been abolished. Instead, the secretariat acting on a voluntary basis has been created.

The secretariat will have a coat-of-arms seal, stamps and letterheads.
