April 1, Fineko/abc.az. Azerbaijan has prepared a preliminary draft of the Competition Code.

ABC.AZ reports that this issue is currently being discussed at a meeting of the Parliamentary Committee on Economic Policy, Industry & Entrepreneurship with the State Service for Antimonopoly Control & Supervision of the Consumer Market under the Ministry of Economy.

After completion, the draft can be considered later at a meeting of the Parliamentary Committee.
