February 21, Fineko/abc.az. The trade turnover between Azerbaijan and the UK amounted to $145.963 million (6.1-fold times more than in January 2021).

ABC.AZ informs with reference to the State Customs Committee that Azerbaijan's exports to the UK for January grew 64.9-fold year-on-year up to $127.386 million. The indicator was achieved due to oil exports (217,000 tons), and 98.6% of crude oil export.

And year-on-year imports decreased by 15.5% to $18.576 million.

As a result, the positive balance of Azerbaijan's trade turnover with the UK in the amount of $108.8 million was formed in January 2022 (against the negative balance of $20.008 million in January 2021).
