February 18, Fineko/abc.az. The State Service for Antimonopoly Control & Supervision of the Consumer Market under the Ministry of Economy has initiated a case against Veyseloglu LLC on the grounds of violation of antimonopoly legislation.

ABC.AZ was informed at the Service that against the background of the global price increase that occurred in the world last year, there is a change in prices for a number of food products in our country.

To prevent price manipulation, local importing companies have sent requests for the necessary documents and information.

Despite the timely response of most business entities to requests, Veyseloglu did not provide any documents and information.

In this regard, a case has been initiated on the grounds of violation of antimonopoly legislation. Depending on the outcome of the case, legal measures will be taken against the business entity.
