February 17, Fineko/abc.az. Azerbaijan carried out trade operations for $4.06 bn with foreign countries last month (68.4% more against January 2021), the State Customs Committee informs.

In the structure of foreign trade turnover for January 2022, $3.086 bn accounted for exports and $974.86 million for imports. Country’s exports increased by 90.1% and imports by 23.7% this year.

As a result, the positive balance of $2.1 bn formed in foreign trade (2.5-fold more than a year earlier).
