February 17, Fineko/abc.az. The quantity of companies that have applied for a competition for opening of a new radio has increased in Azerbaijan TV & Radio Broadcasting Council.
Two more companies submitted documents for the competition announced by the Council for the opening of a nationwide radio channel on the operating frequency of 107.0 MHz for nationwide radio broadcasting in the city of Baku and the Absheron Peninsula. Thus, the number of companies that applied for this frequency has reached four.
The acceptance of documents for the competition will end today – 17 February. After the end of the competition, the names of the companies that submitted applications will be announced.
