February 15, Fineko/abc.az. Azerbaijan International Telecom LLC (AzInTelecom), owned by the Ministry of Digital Development & Transport, has sharply increased its authorized capital.
ABC.AZ reports that the company’s equity capital grew from 8,146 up to 5,374,432 manats.
In connection with this issue, the Ministry informed that by the order of the State Service for Property Issues under the Ministry of Economy from 22 December 2021, the company was reorganized by joining an Information & Computing Center (that is not part of the Ministry’s structure) to AzInTelecom.
Thus, the authorized capital of AzInTelecom was increased in accordance with the residual value of the real estate of both organizations.
