February 10, Fineko/abc.az. Starting from this year tax posts can be installed in wholesale centers and markets.

ABC.AZ reports that in this regard, a new provision has been added to the Tax Code.

Thus, according to Article 23.1.3-1, added to the Code, the exercise of powers to establish control posts at retail facilities, markets engaged in wholesale trade in goods, including agricultural products, and to prevent the import of goods to these facilities that are not documented in accordance with the procedure established by this Code, as well as those that do not have a consignment note, is attributed to the rights of tax authorities.
