An electric car is assembled at Tesla factory in Shanghai in just 38 seconds

February 9, Fineko/abc.az. The Tesla plant in Shanghai has become the world's most productive electric vehicle assembly plant.

ABC.AZ reports that the reason is that this plant works around the clock seven days a week.

So, it takes a little more than 38 seconds to assemble one Tesla. The Chinese Tesla factory shipped more than 480,000 cars in 2021. This makes up more than half of the 936,000 vehicles delivered by the American automaker worldwide last year.
