February 8, Fineko/abc.az. A new feature will appear in the desktop version of WhatsApp messenger in the near future. Users will be able to listen to voice messages in the background.

ABC.AZ reports that earlier this mode was added to the beta version of iOS, and in the coming days it will appear on Android.

Thanks to the new function, it will be possible not to interrupt the audio track when switching to the main menu or from one chat to another. Messenger users can also pause voice messages, continue or stop playback and see when a voice note is completed.
