January 6, Fineko/abc.az. Over the past 40 years global technology giant Apple has changed the lives of users with its products.

ABC.AZ reports that however, not all of the company's brands have been successful over the years.

So, the company that has been supplying various products so far has faced many failures.

The first of them is Machintosh Portable. It was Apple's first portable computer with a battery. It was released in 1989. In addition to a number of flaws in the display and battery, the Mac Portable turned out to be also expensive: its starting price was $6,500.

In second place – Magic Mouse 2, which also worked with a built-in battery. The device was able to store energy in a short time. Two minutes of energy accumulation was enough for 9 hours of work. The disadvantage of this device was that the lightning output needed for energy storage was located at the bottom of the mouse.

The third was Macintosh TV. The device was an interesting hybrid of a TV and a computer and was positioned as a budget version of a computer. Sales were conducted at very affordable price - $2,079. All the problems of the Macintosh TV were built around its performance and the inability to upgrade. As it turned out in the end, the idea to create a device that combines the functions of a computer, TV, CD player and has an affordable price was unsuccessful. As a result, the Macintosh TV lasted on the market for about six months.
