December 27, Fineko/abc.az. The Azerbaijani parliamentarians have passed some amendments at today’s session.

ABC.AZ reports that among them is the draft amendments to the Code of Administrative Offences, submitted for discussion in the 3rd reading.

Thus, in compliance with the amendments a fine of 5,000 manats will be imposed for gambling with confiscation of gaming equipment, as well as money invested (paid) for gambling or other property, winnings, prizes or other gambling profits.

Under the valid law, a fine in the amount of 400 to 600 manats is imposed for gambling with confiscation of gaming equipment, as well as money invested (paid) for gambling or other property.
