December 15, Fineko/abc.az. As of 1 December 4,037,400 active Instagram users (39.7% of the country's population) were registered in Azerbaijan. 

ABC.AZ reports that as for November 2021 the number of users of the Instagram social network in Azerbaijan increased by 1.3% against October.
Compared with the same period of 2020, the number of users grew by 21% (708,400 people).
