Azerbaijan sets up a center with a Chinese company - specialists to be trained

December 9, Fineko/abc.az. The Ministry of Digital Development & Transport (RINN), ADA University and Huawei signed the trilateral Memorandum of Understanding on the establishment of a joint Research & Development Center (R&D Center), ABC.AZ reports citing Digital Development & Transport Minister Rashad Nabiyev.

According to the minister, the highly qualified local IT specialists to be trained within the framework of the Center project will be issued Huawei certificates.
