November 12, Fineko/abc.az. The National TV & Radio Broadcasting Council has held a meeting today. 

ABC.AZ informs that in particular the Council widely discussed activities of cable operator (IPTV), the organization of licensed broadcasting of their retransmitted TV channels.

Some operators have been issued a final warning for non-compliance with the requirements of the legislation, and an administrative protocol has been drawn up against Şam (Smart TV Plus) LLC, which has been sent to the relevant district court.
