November 12, Fineko/abc.az. Another mall is to be constructed in Baku. 

ABC.AZ reports that Emin Agalarov is building a Sea Breeze Mall in the capital of the country. The mall will be located on the territory of resort settlement Sea Breeze in Baku.  

"The total area of the construction site at the first stage will be 43,000 sq m. I plan to complete it next summer," Agalarov said. 
The total area of the project will be increased up to 60,000 sq m in the future. 
The parking area will occupy 34,000 sq m. In addition, a 6-km boulevard with pedestrian zone, bicycle paths, landscaping and recreation facilities are planned on the territory of Sea Breeze.
