Google fined over €2 bn by EU

November 10, Fineko/abc.az. Google fined €2.4 bn ($2.8 bn) on the antitrust case. 

ABC.AZ reports that this was stated at the Court of the European Union, which fined the company.  The court accuses the large US technology company of abusing the provision of its trading services. 

So, in 2017, the European Commission found that the Internet search engine violated competition by outpacing Google's own shopping services, then Google was forced to make changes in the shopping search results.
