November 4, Fineko/abc.az. The Azerbaijan State Social Protection Fund has appealed to citizens receiving lump-sum social payment. ABC.AZ reports that the annual allowance for burial, birth of a child, to persons released from punishment and in need of social adaptation, as well as to victims of a radiation accident, is delivered by Azerpocht. Citizens can receive these finances at any branch, sub-branch and point of Azerpocht.
