November 3, Fineko/abc.az. Tax authorities are granted the right to establish control posts at retail facilities, markets carrying out wholesale agricultural products. 

ABC.AZ reports that this is reflected in the proposed draft amendment to the Tax Code. According to the draft, tax authorities are empowered to establish control posts at retail facilities, markets engaged in the wholesale sale of goods, including agricultural products, and to prevent the import of goods to these facilities that are not subject to documentation in accordance with the procedure established by the Tax Code, as well as those that do not have a consignment note.
