November 3, Fineko/abc.az. The amount of the financial sanction applied to persons who have not provided the relevant certificate in time (or with distortion) on transactions whose total value exceeds 500,000 manats, taking into account transfer prices, will be increased by 4 times. 

ABC.AZ reports that this is reflected in the proposed draft amendment to the Tax Code.
According to the draft, it is offered to increase the amount of financial sanction from 500 up to 2,000 manats for persons who have not provided timely (or distorted) the relevant certificate of transactions totaling for more than 500,000 manats, taking into account transfer prices.
