Excise tax rate for electronic cigarettes published

ABC.AZ reports that excisable goods include tobacco substitutes, disposable electronic cigarettes, hookahs and their substitutes. According to the draft, an excise tax rate of 30.0 manat will be applied for each kilogram of tobacco substitutes, and 0.25 manat for each electronic cigarette, hookah and their substitutes.
