November 1, Fineko/abc.az. The duty rates for issuing a driver's license or for replacing a driver's license are increased. 

ABC.AZ reports that the duty for motor vehicles will be increased from 25 up to 30 manats. In addition, 12 manats will be fixed for the issuance and replacement of an international driver's license. Also, for passing the exams for the issuance of a driver's license: duty for national and international driving licenses for driving motor vehicles, trams and trolleybuses has been increased from 20 up to 40 manats; duty for re-passing the exams for obtaining a national and international driver's license for driving a motor vehicle, tram and trolleybus increases from 10 up to 20 manats; duty for other driving licenses, including a tractor driver's license from 5 up to 10 manats.
