October 7, Fineko/abc.az. The authorized capital of Azertutun OJSC, owned by Azerbaijan Industrial Corporation, has been increased by AZN 4.58 million or by 29.1%.
ABC.AZ reports that the capital of the joint-stock company increased from AZN 15.748 million up to AZN 20.33 million.
Azertutun was established this month on the basis of agro-industrial complex Azertutun Ltd, operating since 2018.
