Azerbaijan’s wine sales declined for Jan-Jun

September 8, Fineko/abc.az. Over Jan-Jun 2021 the Azerbaijani population bought wine in the retail trade network for AZN 5.409 million (fall of 11.1% against Jan-Jun 2020), ABC.AZ reports with reference to the State Statistics Committee.

In the 2nd quarter of this year the population spent AZN 2.707 million on wine (1.5% more year-on-year, and 0.2% more in the quarterly comparison).

In the 1st half of 2021 Azerbaijan produced 334,200 decaliters of grape wine (3.1-fold more year-on-year).
