June 8, Fineko/abc.az. War invalids are exempt from paying the state notary fee when filing lawsuits related to the purchase and exchange of an apartment or house (part of a house).

ABC.AZ reports that this is reflected in the draft amendments to the Law on State Duty, discussed in the 1st reading at today's Milli Majlis meeting.

The amending bill was put to the vote and passed in the 1st reading.
