May 19, Fineko/abc.az. Azerbaijan's Minister of Transport, Communications & High Technologies Rashad Nabiyev met with Russian Minister of Digital Development, Communications & Mass Media Maksut Shadayev in Moscow.

ABC.AZ reports that Nabiyev wrote about this in Facebook.

He noted that during the meeting the sides exchanged views about cooperation in the field of cloud technologies, the field of public key infrastructure for the introduction of electronic signatures between the two countries.

"We agreed to improve the national legislation in these areas, including strengthening cooperation in the field of personnel training," the minister wrote.
