April 9, Fineko/abc.az. In Armenia, relatives of those who disappeared during the Karabakh war started a rally in front of the building of the country's Defense Department.

ABC.AZ reports that it has been 24 hours since the people in the building have been unable to leave it.

For this reason, all roads are closed to both pedestrians and motor vehicles.
