March 9, Fineko/abc.az. Employees of the Food Safety Agency conducted an inspection in the sausage producer workshop, owned by Ay-Min LLC (add: Absheron district, Khirdalan city, Block 27, House 16).
The samples of sausage products selected during the inspection were transferred to the appropriate lab of the Azerbaijan Institute of Food Safety, ABC.AZ reports with reference to AQTA.
According to the test results, it was found out that the mass fraction of nitrite in the product does not meet the requirements of technical regulations.
During the inspection, 25 kg of sausage products of various trademarks, unfit for use and prohibited for sale, were revealed.
