January 22, Fineko/abc.az. It is proposed to lower the fee for notarizing copies of documents.
ABC.AZ reports that the amount of the fee for notarizing documents is now 5 manats, and it is suggested to reduce to 1.5 manats.
The Law on State Duty is being amended in this regard. The draft amendment suggests that in a number of cases specified the fee for services related to notarial actions should not be charged.
In the coming days, the draft will be submitted to Milli Majlis for discussion.
