January 21, Fineko/abc.az. Violations of the rules and requirements of the quarantine regime were revealed on 20 January.

ABC.AZ was informed at the Ministry of Internal Affairs that during the control & preventive measures 2,315 motor vehicles that tried to pass through the quarantine posts without permission were revealed and returned.

An administrative penalty was applied against 1,296 people, and 3 people were arrested in an administrative order.

Also, two active Covid-19 patients who left their place of residence were detained in public places. Criminal cases have been initiated against them.
