December 22, Fineko/abc.az. Deputy Commander of the Special Forces of the Patrol Service of Armenia Khachatur Tovmasyan resigned in protest against the actions of officials.

ABC.AZ reports that Tovmasyan justified his resignation as follows: "For me, human and spiritual values are most important. I don’t consider it possible to serve a cunning and disrespectful government, irresponsible people."

The protests in Armenia have been going on for several weeks.
