December 16, Fineko/abc.az. It is proposed to increase the amount of fines imposed on legal entities and officials in connection with the use of personal protective means (mask wearing) during the quarantine period.

ABC.AZ reports that according to the proposed amendments to the Code of Administrative Offences, individuals will be fined 200 manats, officials 300 manats, and legal entities 600 manats for violating the requirements established by the relevant executive authority in connection with the use of personal protective facilities during the sanitary and hygienic and quarantine regimes, as well as for preventing violations of these requirements by officials and legal entities.

The current version of the Code says about a fine of 200 manats for officials and 400 manats for legal entities.

The fine of 100 manats for individuals will remain the same.
