ABC.AZ reports that traffic police posts have already been set up on the streets to check whether citizens have permits.

In addition, on the streets and avenues of the city, and in other public places, foot squads consisting of internal troops and police officers are on duty and check the presence of a name or SMS permission in the system of permits for citizens leaving their homes.
