December 14, Fineko/abc.az. From today until 00:00 on 18 January 2021 citizens will be able to leave their homes for 3 hours via SMS permission or mobile application E-Təbib in Baku, Sumgait, Ganja, Mingachevir, Shirvan, Absheron district, as well as in the district centers of Lankaran, Masalli, Jalilabad, Shaki, Zagatala, Guba, Khachmaz, Yevlakh, Barda, Bilasuvar and Ismailli (with the exception of villages and settlements).

ABC.AZ reports that in compliance with the Cabinet Ministers’ relevant decree in order to leave the place of residence or stay, citizens must send an SMS to number 8103, or get permission via mobile application E-Təbib.
