December 9, Fineko/abc.az. The amount of social insurance that must be paid by persons engaged in motor vehicle activities has been reduced from 25% to 6% of the minimum monthly salary by 1 January 2026.

ABC.AZ reports with reference to the State Tax Service that the amount of social insurance payment is determined by applying the coefficient for the territory of operation of the specified vehicles.

Thus, the monthly social insurance fee is 2 coefficients in the city of Baku, 1.5 coefficients in the Absheron district, Sumgait and Ganja, and 1 coefficient in other cities and districts.
