November 17, Fineko/abc.az. Armenian President Armen Sarkissian called on the government and the National Assembly to prepare for early parliamentary elections.

ABC.AZ reports that Sarkissian underlined that Armenia lost this war both on the battlefield and in the diplomatic arena.

"The country is not the same as it was on 26 September and on the day of the end of the war, 9 November," Sarkissian said.
