November 6, Fineko/abc.az. Lump-sum payments will be carried out in 10 cities and districts of Azerbaijan, where strict special quarantine regime has been introduced (Sheki, Lankaran cities; Gakh, Zagatala, Bilasuvar, Jalilabad, Masalli, Ismayilli, Guba, Khachmaz districts).

ABC.AZ reports that the recently-issued resolution of the Cabinet Ministers on the tightening of the quarantine rules in cities and districts tasks the Ministry of Labor & Social Protection to provide lump-sum payment of subsistence minimum (190 manats) to unemployed and low-income persons who work informally and have lost their income within the special quarantine regime.
