October 27, Fineko/abc.az. The earnings of the hotels in Azerbaijan decreased by 71.6% to AZN 94.9 million for Jan-Sept 2020, ABC.AZ informs with reference State Statistics Committee’s report.

58.9% of income was received for room services, 29.6% for public catering services, 2.9% from medical and wellness services, and 8.6% from other services.

Over Jan-Sept 2020 the single-use capacity of hotels was at the level of 7%.

This figure made up 24% in Beylagan, 17.3% in Naftalan, 13.3% in Gabala, 12.1% in Shabran, 11.2% in Guba, 10% in Baku, 9.7% in Bilasuvar, 9.6% in Gusar, 9.3% in Goychay, 8.9% in Sabirabad, 8.9% in Shamkir, 7.8% in Lankaran, and was lower than the national average in other districts and cities of Azerbaijan.
