September 18, Fineko/abc.az. President Ilham Aliyev has signed a decree on additional measures concerning the further reconstruction of highways in Khatayi district of Baku.

ABC.AZ reports that the decree says about allocation of AZN 10.05 million from the State Budget to the State Motor Road Agency of Azerbaijan for this purpose.
