September 15, Fineko/abc.az. Scientists from the University of Pittsburgh, U.S., have discovered a protein that can completely neutralize the coronavirus.

ABC.AZ reports that speech is about a protein compound that is 10-fold smaller than the antibody used for the Ab8 drug created against COVID-19.

Scientists say that the higher the ability of a small protein to spread through tissues, the better it neutralizes the virus.

It is also reported that its molecules do not bind to human cells, which minimizes additional negative effects.
