July 3, Fineko/abc.az. People who work in Baku but are registered in the district of the country are also restricted from going to the districts, as they spread viruses.

ABC.AZ reports with reference to news agency qafqazinfo that the relevant statement was made by Kamran Aliyev, the press secretary of the Main Department of the State Traffic Police.

He says that those who are asymptomatic or easily carry the disease are more dangerous in this matter.

"Not everyone who goes on vacation will be allowed to go to any district of the country. If necessary, only those who are engaged in agriculture or are sent on business trips are allowed to leave Baku, since they finish their work in connection with official activities and return back, and those who go on vacation communicate with family members, acquaintances, friends, relatives there. This leads to the rapid spread of the virus, getting into serious condition of elderly and sick people and increasing the number of deaths due to the coronavirus. People should refrain from traveling to districts during the quarantine regime, isolate themselves as much as possible," Aliyev believes.
